Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

On call required.

Will need endoscopy, eye and urology experience.

Mon-Fri with variable on call rotation.

No c-sections.

Specific experience also preferred in Ortho (podiatry) cases, general surgery, GYN. Several endoscopies, pain injections, cataracts.

Work all areas of perioperative services including PreOp, OR and PACU.
