Requirements
Experience
24 months of acute care experience within the past 3 years.
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
PALS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills / Experience: Traveler must have inpatient Hemodialysis experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital

Must have experience with adults and pediatric patient population

Required Credentials: Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start - Passing score of 80% or higher

Unit / Facility Details: Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite

Other transportation options are available: bus, park & ride, private parking, etc

Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling: Start Time: 7 or 8 am

Every Other Weekend Rotation

Call is required

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Floating Requirements: Depending on the current staffing needs, the traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units and/or at different locations within the organization.
