Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic diagnoses, which could include joint replacements, sports injuries, back/neck issues, as well all some neurological diagnoses, ie stroke, BI, Spinal Cord Injury, as needed etc

Special Requests: Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.

Shift & Scheduling: M-F / Weekends: no expected weekly
