Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiothoracic Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Pyxis is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Special Requests: Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Shift & Scheduling: weekend and holiday rotation -Every other weekend (Saturday / Sunday on Day Shift and either Friday / Saturday or Saturday / Sunday on night shift to follow unit patterns) Every other Holiday (Days holidays are: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Nights holidays are: Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day Eve, the 3rd of July Nights, and Labor day Eve)
