Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Emergency Department experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience:

• Basic EKG interpretation test assigned during orientation. Critical care RNs (ED/ICUs/PICU) will have more than just the basic interpretation test (like those included in the STEMI curriculum and Procedural Sedation curriculum assigned to them).

• All Candidates must have some experience with Peds and Adults (50% of their patient population is Peds roughly)

Required Credentials:

• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Unit/Facility Details: Nurse Patient Ratio: ICU is 1:2; peds 1:4; adults 1:4; procedural sedation 1:1

Special Requests: Travel pairs are not accepted. Will not accept any travel teams.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to Peds ER.
