Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Minnesota license

- Newborn Population Experience
- Level III NICU Experience
Required Credentials: Clinicians must list prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and/or Blaze Health LLC on their resume
Special Requests: All RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal, NMH may not honor RTO requests after submittal
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd Weekend
