Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Electrophysiology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

40 guaranteed hours per week

Monday-Friday

1-2 nights a week late coverage/call 17:30-21:00

We work with all four major vendors for devices to include St. Jude, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and Biotronic.

Two (2) year’s experience cardiovascular or Interventional Radiology lab.

Preferred: Cardiovascular and EP experience. Cardiac Cath lab surgical asepsis, scrub assist, and coronary intervention procedures experience. Cardiovascular Interventional Lab equipment experience.

ARRT required

Primary EP only required to float in an urgent or emergent situation (Assist with Code, place temp pacer)

Dress Code: Hospital Scrubs will be provided.

Basic hospital orientation will occur on day one with EP Lab orientation occuring over the next 3-5 working days. Scrubbing cases will occur over the next two weeks as comfort level and confidence build with both the EP physicians and the Technoogist. Nothing will be asked of the EP Technologist that they are not comfortable with and have competency on.
