Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Special Requests: Will cover acute when outpatient is slow or if the other OT is off.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday - Friday

• No weekends. Holidays: could be on-call for a holiday (if applicable during the assignment) for acute from 8A-12P (acute strokes and ortho only)
