Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Must be available to start within six weeks of the date of submission.

Required Skills/Experience: Neuro experience required( OP Neuro ideal). IPR therapy experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Inpatient Rehab experience preferred. Acute experience.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Variety of diagnoses for acute IPR stay and May also be assigned patients in acute setting if necessary.

Equipment Used on Unit: gym with hi/low parallel bars, lifts, Nu-Step, ADL kitchen and bathroom

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds - 12

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Thursday. No on call required. Weekends: 1 weekend shift per month via rotation.
