Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
NRP (Preferred)
STABLE (Preferred)
Vaccinations

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Able to read and interpret fetal strips, critical thinking, follow quality metrics. Must be able to read strips. Required to titrate drips.

Unit/Facility Details: Ratio: 1:1 for pit, mag, or insulin drips. 1:3 couplet care.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No self scheduling. Days plus call.

• Weekend Requirements: Every third weekend

• Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Yes - Medsurg, ER. wherever in the hospital the nurse is needed
