Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 3 years.

DPT completion required

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Variable 8hr Days, 8a-4:30p or 9a-5:30p as census requires

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with patients in ICU, Neuro, ortho, cardio, trauma. A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Required Credentials: Masters or DPT in Physical Therapy required
