Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

VCU has a natural nail policy.

No time off requests during the first week of the contract.

Possibility to take care of a wide variety of diseases as well as the occasional pediatric patient

May work Every other weekend

Will be expected to work every other major holiday

Cannot work more than 4, 12 hours shifts consecutively

Does not allow block scheduling

RTO should be included at the time of submission

Return Staff Policy: 6 month gap to be considered as a traveler.
