Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

Required Skills:

Must have 2+ years of Med Surg Tele experience. NO Block Scheduling can be accommodated at this time.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Requirements: Every other Weekend and Holiday

On-Call- Requirements: None

Float Requirements: Medical Telemetry, MIU, any overflow areas (5F, 4F, 3F, 3G, CCRAU for medical overflow and 2B)

Must Have Skills/Experience: Med Surg/Tele

Dress Code:

Scrub Color: Navy Blue or White

Any unacceptable attire: per VH dress code policy

13-26 weeks contract

Holiday RTO

 - may request one holiday off, no more than two days for holiday RTO will be considered.

Will consider candidates at 50 mile radius instead of 65 mile radius rule.

- Candidates must be well qualified with all the experience
