Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Credentials: Must pass EKG Exam.

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. On call: Yes. 12/29 start for elevated rate. Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts - variable based on need/volumes. Call: based on department needs. Holiday: call hours based on need.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
