Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 3 months.
High School completion required
3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Additional Details:

Expanding cardiac services, higher acuity patients and need Critical Care Trained Nurse

Anticipated patient populations include but are not limited to pediatrics, pre and post PCI care, pacemaker, revascularization, carotid endarterectomy, thoracotomy, CHF, COPD, DKA, renal failure, DVT, PE, sepsis and a broad scope of surgical services

Required to operate advanced medical equipment including use of central lines including chest tubes, nasogastric tubes, continuous bladder irrigation, A-lines, multiple IV’s and patients requiring short term Ventilation Support

Also care for general medical and surgical patients on the in-patient unit

Required:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent And Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program

Critical care, CVICU, and open heart experience - Preferred

Skills: Basic cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation
