Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling: Call Required - 5 - 6 shifts every 2 weeks. Every other weekend- from Fri at 5:30pm until Mon 7AM. 1 day during the week. Example: On call Tuesday, on call Fri-Mon morning and then on call Wednesday. 30 min response time.

Special Request: Open to accommodating block schedule Per manager discretion

Common Diagnoses: Administration/Monitoring of Procedural Sedation, Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Right and Left Heart Cath, Interventional Cath, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Scrub preferred, Computerized documentation,

Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics

Required Credentials: LA City Fire Card

Experience:Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Must disclose license/BG hits up front at time of submission. No open license hits will be approved.
