Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience:
- Traveler must have inpatient Hemodialysis experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
- Must have experience with adults and pediatric patient population.
- Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.
