Patient Types: General surgery procedure scheduling, and triaging of referrals/phone-based encounters, My Chart inquiries; Patients needing scheduled and educated on general surgery, Trauma, and Bariatrics. The ability to work closely with other caregivers and a team of staff that care for the complex bariatric pathways.

Skills required: RN/LPN: Excellent communication and care coordination skills, excellent customer service skills, organization skills, comfortability caring for patients in the clinic which would include but is not limited to taking vitals, rooming documentation, education, scheduling, and assisting providers with exams.
