Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experienced with pre/post heart patients - stents, pacemakers, ICDs, pre/post, pre/post CABG, pre/post vascular experience.
- RN's required to titrate drips: some they do titrate - some they do not . Dobutamine and Dopamine are nontitrable but generally all the other ones are titratable.
Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Unit and facility details: Wanting more stepdown nurses vs tele nurses. This is a heavy cardiac unit and cardio thoracic unit with high acuity surgical patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other or 4 weekend shifts a month. More flexible on both shifts. Will be required to work holidays.
Floating Requirements: Possibly float - will be in with the perm staff rotation.
