Special Requests: No RTO 2/15/26 through 2/28/26. Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests. RTO required with submission, must be built into contract.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Coverage: Every Other
Floating Requirements: May be required to float. Antepartum -will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed.
