Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 in Med Surg or IRF. Acute inpatient rehab or acute rehab hospital.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Hypertension; blood glucose monitoring, insulin protocols, feeding tube care, swallowing precautions, thickened liquids, foley catheter, Care of ports, PICC Lines, starting IVs, CVA, Parkinson’s, Post craniotomy, spinal injury, brain injury, join replacement, supplemental oxygen delivery, isolation precautions, ulcer, wound.

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 49.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: for travel every other weekend.
