Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 18 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.
6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience:

• Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

• Scrub heart experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Open Heart and Vascular experience.

Required Credentials:

• PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.

• BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case.

• Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotin\e free - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.

• Drivers License/State ID: Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.

• 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment. One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.

Unit/Facility Details: Facility has a strict do not call policy

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
