Required Skills/Experience: 2 Years of recent speciality experience required – Must have a full year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months with no gap in employment greater than 90 days in the past year. Skills Req: Telemetry, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring. Skills: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Genitourinary/Renal, Gastrointestinal, Medications, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Professional Topics and Skills, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Telemetry.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Renal failure, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, PCA, Titrate Cardiac drips, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Nasal Cannula, Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent.
Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. NIH only accepted through AHA, Apex, or NIHSS websites.

Floating Requirements: Floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed– they would need both Kansas and Missouri or compact in hand at time of submission. The unwillingness to do so will result in a cancel.
