Guaranteed hours: 40

Radiation Badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start.

This can be a Rad Tech with Cath Lab scrub training or an RCIS. (ARRT must be registered with NDMIRT) - •If clinician is RCIS credentialed they will not be responsible for panning/activating fluoroscopy – they do NOT need ND License. •If clinician is ARRT credentialed they could be responsible for panning/activating fluoroscopy– they will be REQUIRED to hold an active ND Rad Tech License

Shift: Monday - Friday + call 1-2 days per week & every 3rd week on call

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Emergent Revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK Peripheral Diagnostic/Interventional, Cardioversion, TEE, Devices, Pericardiocentesis, Temporary Pacemaker

Experience or 'Must have' skills: if only have panning experience and not scrubbing that is okay, majority of role is panning. IABP, Impella, Shockwave (preferred), Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, 4 port manifold; Prefer experience with IV starts, ok if not.

Holiday/Call Requirements every other; What is call response time? 20 minutes response

Floating Requirements: Heart and Vascular Pre/Post- helping hands

Scrub Color/Dress Code: provided

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? one week- classroom and lab

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
