Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Patient Population: Mainly Orthopedic (Backs, Necks, Knees, Hips) Some trauma patients with orthopedic injuries. Some medical patients (UTI, appendicitis, generalized weakness, Etc). Bariatric Surgery patients day of surgery and POD #1.

All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing.

6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
