Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

6 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required from last 6 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

There is no shift differential for AM/PM.

Vital Stim certified and Out patient exp, modified swallow, ICU exp preferred.

Float to Acute, outpatient, ICU, rehab, possible Clear Lake (sister facility 15 minutes away)

Scrub Color/Attire - navy blue

2 weekends per month and can flex off during the week if needed

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
