Required Skills/Experience:
• Two full years of true ER experience (any trauma level); CAP – 5 years minimum.
• Strong ED experience, ventilator class (BiPAP) will provide during on boarding, knowledge of medication administration (mix own meds), chest tubes, central lines, strong IV skills.
• Will be required to do charge (facility will train if needed).
Required Credentials: If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Shift & Scheduling:
• Not a specific start time; 3p or 7p start.
• Weekend rotation: Try to rotate every other, but not guaranteed. Negotiable.
• 6-week Schedules
• CAP – will follow residents schedule and move through all shifts, starting with days.
• Holiday Expectations: Negotiable
• Block scheduling not guaranteed (will be assigned an existing open FTE position).
Floating Requirements:
• Will be assigned a primary OCED, but the expectation when needed is to float to other OCED sites as needed and primary site may change depending on needs.
• All other OCEDS; CAP – will only float if resident is not there (i.e. sick, in class)
• For Bremerton – In case of an emergency, traveler could float to other OCEDs. This would only be in case of critical staffing or in an emergent situation. Traveler will not float regularly or casually to other locations; only as a last resort as Bremerton is about an hour away from other locations.
