Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Weekend Hours: Every Other

Float Requirements: Yes: MS and Step Down

Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric, adult, young adult

Must Have Skills/Experience: Intensive Care Unit

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, DKA, ARDS, COPD

Scrub Color: Galaxy blue
