All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Shift & Scheduling: On call 1-2 nights per week. Occasional weekend coverage. Block schedules required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience
Required Credentials: ARDMS AB. Government-Issued Photo ID. BLS Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
Preferred Credentials: ARDMS BR, ARDMS OB/GYN
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: 3 different areas in the hospital. One is mostly inpatient, ER, vascular, and procedures, the second is mostly out patients including breast ultrasound, and the Third area is ob. We try to rotate everyone through each area.
Previous Employment Requirements: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler
