Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Must include license, skills checklist, 2 references - one from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge RN within the last year in order to submit.

Required Skills/Experience: Fluoroscopy, Interventional Radiology, Siemens

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 1-3 years Interventional Imaging experience

• Computed tomography, Philips

Required Credentials:

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.

• BLS: RQI is accepted.

Preferred Credentials: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Unit/Facility Details:

• Northwestern Medicine and any of its acquired facilities must be included on employment history.

• Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests: No block scheduling.

Shift & Scheduling: With on-call and weekend requirements.

Floating Requirements: While very rare, traveler may be subject to floating between facilities within the health system if requested by their unit.
