36 guaranteed hours

50% Waukon, 50% West Union, M-F.

Skilled/Rehab - Post Acute or Long Term residents and Outpatients

Software - Net Health for SNF - training available

SNF Productivity expectations 85% (includes group/concurrent time in full)
