Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
24 months of Mother/Baby experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Mother Baby (Post Partum) - Required

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Every Other Weekend

7/21 Start Date Only

130 births per month with approximately 40-60 c-sections a month

Patient Ratio: 1/4 couplets

Weekend: 4 shifts in a 4 week period

Call Requirement: None

Holidays: 1 major, 1 minor for RN Major: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years day

Dress Code: Scrubs - Provided

Floating: Not unless NICU background for feeder/grower, L&D to postpartum. Typically don't work interchangable

Orientation: 2 Shifts

Patient Types / Common Diagnosis: Deliver down to 23 weeks, some high risk- Antepartum, HTN , they try to transfer out if there is a known cardiac baby abnormality prior to delivery.
