Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Required Skills/Experience: RN's required to titrate drips: Heparin, lidocaine, and ketamine.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer travel experience but will consider strong candidates without.
Required Credentials:
- Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
- References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and 2-3 Holidays from Thanksgiving to New Years.
Floating Requirements: To other medical surgical areas or units with MedSurg patients waiting for a MedSurg bed.
