Additional Details:

In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/unit in which you've worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (Example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history.

Hours: Mainly need the hours to be starting at 0600 - five days per week, eight or 10 hour shifts. *On-call some weekends

Community Hospital Experience: Required

IAHCSMM/HSPA required

Orientation Hours: 40

Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Geriatrics

Patient Diagnoses: Preferred: Pediatrics

Types of Surgeries are: Arthroscopy with/without Repair, Arthroplasty, ORIF, General/GYN/Obstestrics, Urology, Plastics, Ortho Neuro, Opthalmology, Podiatry. Endoscopy Procedures.

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler

BLS must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.

Government-Issued Photo ID required
