Required Skills/Experience: If less than 2 years, Level I experience is required. Must have exp. in a 20+ bed ICU. Must be competent in caring for patients on CRRT via NxStage. Skills: IV therapy, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, CVVHD/CRRT, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, GI surgery, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Phlebotomy, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, IV insulin protocols.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 1.5 years MICU. Teaching Hospital Experience. Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring.
Required Credentials: Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Special Requests: RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Req: every other.
Floating Requirements: Within service line; float to MS areas within ICU service line.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
