Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Certs req: CST Or NCCT. Cert: BLS - BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Open to accommodating block schedule: Per manager discretion.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Req. Is on-call req: Yes, 1 weekend/month & 1-2 shifts/week.

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
