Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)
Advanced AWHONN FHM (Preferred)

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Amnioinfusion, Scrub for C-Section, Assist with Circumcision/Assess site post-op, Cervical Cerclage, D & C, Tubal Ligation, Community Level experience, OCT (Oxytocin Challenge Tests), Spiral Electrode Placement, and Use of IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration.

Required Credentials: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
