Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from last 12 months.
BSN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year Critical Care Experience

• Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, IV therapy, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Starting and maintaining IVs, Medications, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Respiratory/Thoracic, Care of Ventilated Patient, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Professional Topics and Skills, Infection Prevention, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Teaching Hospital Experience, Previous Charge Experience

• 1 year Pediatrics experience

• Burn Intensive Care Unit

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID: Current and valid DL, government photo ID, or US Passport. Identity must match professional license.

Preferred Credentials: CBRN (Certified Burn RN)
