Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Acute Physical Therapy

Patient Ratios: Productivity is 75%

Scheduling special requirements: Rotating weekends

Floating policy: May float between inpatient rehab and acute care

Requested Skill Set: Experience with the following patient populations-Neuro (stroke, TBI-NTBI), ortho, multi-trauma
