Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of Home Health experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday - Friday

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator

Coverage area: Lakehead (southern part), Shasta lake city, Redding and surrounding areas, Anderson, Palo Cedro, Shingletown (lower section), occasionally Cottonwood, Red Bluff and Corning - May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address

Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
