Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

No Block Scheduling.
40 guaranteed hours
Shift is typically 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday; Friday 8am-3pm. No call is required, no evenings or weekends required.
There is possibility off working alone, if the staff Physical Therapist has a day off.
Provides inpatient and outpatient physical therapy
