Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma Experience.

Required Credentials: EKG Course/ Telemetry test. Absolutely no license hits. If submitted with a license hit, candidate will immediately be rejected. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. Cert: NIH - Acceptable Vendors: Acceptable Vendors: AHA, APEX, NIHSS, BlueCloud.

Special Requests: If RTO with holiday or more than 5 days is submitted, our team will be looping in.

Floating Requirements: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles.
