Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1+ year in outpatient setting with Ortho and Neuro OT
Unit/Facility Details:
- Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.
- This position will mostly be treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon, Wed 9-5:30 / Tues, Thurs, Fri 8-4:30 , no weekends, no major holidays.
