Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Mon-Fri.

Patient Ratio: Therapists 7:1 for primary therapists.

1 weekend a month minimum

Floating policy: will not float

Requested Skill Set: Strong Professional therapist with Rehab experience to treat a variety of diagnosis.
