Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Per UD, Must have Acute Care experience.
• ICU, MS, SDU/PCU/IMC/Obs, Case Management/Utilization Review, Care coordination, Discharge Planning, Needs Assessment/ Order DME, Plan of Care, Acute Hospital, CMS: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, HIPAA guidelines (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Preferred Skills/Experience: Pediatrics*, Women’s Services*, Utilize Milliman Guidelines (MCG)*.

Preferred Credentials: ACM Cert.

Unit/Facility Details:

• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
• Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination

Special Requests:

• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.

• RTO Restrictions: Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment of 5 days or less.

• Holidays: traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

• Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Shift & Scheduling:

• Shift times may vary, but will be one of the following:

• 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, 0830-1700.

• Weekend Required: Yes - every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4 week schedule

• Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks

• Weekend Coverage: Every Other

Floating Requirements:

• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes, within casemanager services to cover where gap is.
• Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals near by.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
