All required certifications and licensure should not expire during the assignment. If your certifications or licensure are set to expire during the listed contracted dates, you must apply with a receipt of renewal.

Shift & Scheduling: 07:00:00 AM - 03:30:00 PM M/W/F; 11:30:00 AM - 08:00 PM TUES/THURS - OR - 11:30 AM - 08:00 PM M/W; 07:00 AM - 3:30 PM TUES/THURS; 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM FRI

Parking: Free parking

Required Skills/Experience: 1+ year experience outpatient orthopedics

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3+ years experience

Ratio: 12 patients per day, adults only.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Perform outpatient orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
