Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

NRP (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Circulating experience is needed

High Risk experience required

Experience within previous year at larger high volume delivery centers -- 200-300 deliveries/month

High acuity experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrub experience encouraged

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other including holiday rotation

On Call Requirements: None, but an extra shift is scheduled in lieu of On Call

Floating Requirements: Must be comfortable to float to postpartum, 1 to 2 shifts per week
