Required Skills/Experience:

• Patient Experience requirements: HCA follows ICARE values, I CARE values are integrity, compassion, always, and respect as well as AIDET to keep patients informed and make them feel heard, AIDET stands for the five key communication behaviors that create positive care interactions: acknowledge, introduce, duration, explanation and thank you.

• Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression). This includes de-escalation techniques and appropriate medication management.

• Therapeutic Communication: Building trust and rapport with patients through effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy.

Shift & Scheduling: Including weekends. Please note that days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract.

Floating Requirements: C/L is utilized where the greatest need is.
