Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holiday Requirements: Yes, if holiday falls on scheduled days.

Required Skills/Experience: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors,

Preferred Skills/Experience: CRRT preferred

Types of Patients on Unit: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics

• Saint Lukes WILL NOT APPROVE blocked scheduling of any kind. Do not apply and ask as this will not be granted.

• If requesting 7 days of RTO, the expectation is that the missed time is made up

• No travel partners accepted

• Required Credentials:

• Saint Luke’s is a Nicotine free (this includes patches, gum, vape, etc.) Health System – all travelers will be tested upon hire. If found with nicotine in your system, you will be canceled and may be ineligible for re-hire.

• Roles requiring state licensure only: Floating roles must have MO license and is in the process of applying for KS license (+ vice-versa) or must have a compact licensure to apply.

• Must have a full year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months with no gap in employment greater than 90 days in the past year
