Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36

Float Requirements: Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed . Float-Rhinelander, Eager River and Tomahawk. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Ratio - 1/2 in ICU; 1/3-4 for IMC and MS 1/5-6
